We accept card payments from all major debit/credit cards providers. 

 

Ordering from us directly:  

Please contact us directly if you would like to pay a deposit to commence your Order. We accept payments via BACS, all major debit/credit cards, cheque or cash. 

Bespoke and Business Orders: A minimum 50% deposit is required upon Order, with the balance payable by 1 week prior to delivery. 

 

Please note that all items remain the property of Chunky Monkey until monies are paid in full. 

 

Chunky Monkey furniture is handmade to order and therefore during busier periods lead times can be slightly longer than the usual 6-8 weeks from order to delivery. For bespoke orders please allow 10 weeks from order to delivery. 

 

Your furniture will be delivered in a Chunky Monkey van along with a one or two-man team who will assemble the furniture in a room of your choice. 

 

We pride ourselves on our delivery, providing an experienced, dedicated service for each delivery whether a single item or a room full of items.

You are very welcome to collect your furniture from our Showroom and Workshops.
